Compare only the total cost per room and not the low cost per person you often see advertised. The total cost per room is the cost of double occupancy plus any other tax, service charge or resort fee which are usually specified in the very small, fine print of advertisements.

    Our "house" rooms with either a queen or king or two double beds.

    Summer-Fall (Apr. 20 - Dec. 21) - $150 weekdays, $170 Friday & Saturday

    Winter-Spring (Dec. 22 - Apr. 19) - $160 weekdays, $175 Friday & Saturday

  • Courtyard Terrace Room

    Since we only have 15 rooms to rent, we sometimes have to block dates on the website in order to avoid overbooking.  If you can't find a particular room online, just call us at 787-791-1115 and find out what might still be available.  

    Also if you plan on booking multiple rooms and/or need personnal attention(better pricing), call us and we will do our best to fit you in.
