Our premier room is located on the second level with a direct ocean view overlooking Isla Verde beach to the right.
The Ocean Terrace Room has a king-size bed, flat-panel TV, entry foyer and larger bathroom, there is also a private terrace with seating area and a great view of the water.
No other hotel has a room that is so close to the water with such a direct view of the sunrise to greet you every morning.

Every hotel has one room that's a little bit off to the side, a little smaller and a little less light than other rooms.
Rather than leaving this room empty, we've lowered the price fort guests who are looking for a great deal or are traveling alone.
Our 'Value Room' is on the first level off the courtyard near the spa - and has one double bed, but has all the amenities of our standard rooms.

Cancellation Policy:
December 20th through April 12th: 21 days (3 weeks) prior to arrival date or 3 nights will be charged to your credit card. In the event that you do not show up for your reservation (no-show) you will be charged for the entire stay.
April 13th through December 19th: 14 days (3 weeks) prior to arrival date or 3 nights will be charged to your credit card. In the event that you do not show up for your reservation (no-show) you will be charged for the entire stay.
Group Booking Policy:
Hotel la Playa is a great choice for weddings, family reunions, yoga retreats, dive groups, girlfriend getaways and business groups attending events in the Puerto Rico Convention Center. Group discounts vary depending on time of year and require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
